- Will work to rescind all imposed unchecked trade tariffs because the trade tariffs impact on farmers and create agriculture trade disruption, weakening the rural Arkansas economy and undercutting Arkansas farm policy
- Repeal the permanent tax cuts implemented in the Big Beautiful Bill that will add trillions to the national debt, so we can reinvest in local jobs and strengthen the rural Arkansas economy.
- Restore Green Energy Tax Credits to boost green energy jobs and expand career opportunities Arkansas.
- Prioritize fiscal responsibility and equality for all, including smart Arkansas farm policy that reduces agriculture trade disruption and addresses the ongoing trade tariffs impact on farmers.
Healthcare
- Prioritize preventive care and wellness by investing in health and wellness programs that help deliver lower healthcare costs for families and small businesses.
- Address social determinants of health like housing, food, and environment to stop illness before it starts and achieve lower healthcare costs with better outcomes.
- Reduce long term cost and improve outcomes by lowering drug and medical device cost along with over priced services to deliver lower healthcare costs.
- Implement a Site-Neutral Payment System.
- Work towards a Universal Healthcare system by examining the top 5 states with the most effective and efficient systems to use as a model.
Housing
- Increase supply with reformed zoning restrictions as part of real affordable housing solutions for working families.
- Offer incentives to smaller developers and streamline permitting approvals for construction of affordable units as practical affordable housing solutions.
- Release Public lands for affordable community development to expand affordable housing solutions.
- Tax credits for energy upgrades and assistance for preservation of existing units or homes lost to market pressure.
- Owners of multiple unit or housing offer an option for credit reporting.
Education
- Support funding for Vocational Education in Trade skill training programs with dedicated vocational training funding Arkansas, strong vocational education Arkansas pathways, reliable trade school funding Arkansas, and stable vocational education funding.
- Public School Funding for career path counseling and evaluation that expands career opportunities Arkansas and strengthens workforce skills development.
- Increase funding for Pre-K assistance and access to build long-term Arkansas workforce development.
- Increased Tax Deductions for Pre-k-12, for parents or guardians of special needs students, while protecting vocational education Arkansas
- Increase the AOTC (American Opportunity Tax Credit) from $2,500 to $3,000 to offset increased cost, while advancing vocational education funding, expanding trade school funding Arkansas, and supporting vocational training funding Arkansas.
